I hope everyone is doing well. :) I noticed I have a few more followers, welcome! I hope you enjoy the stories offered here. 
          
          For those following Child of Calamity: I am switching the posting schedule to three times a week (Monday, Thursday, Saturday). I'm going to see if I can maintain this slightly increased schedule as the action starts to pick up. If, after two weeks it's too much for my schedule, I may got back to twice a week, but we'll see.

It's past mid Feb already. Where has the time gone?  How is everyone doing? 
          
          There's now 16 chapters of Child Of Calamity posted, and I have at least a month more of my bi weekly scheduled loaded and ready. I hope you're all enjoying.  If anyone wants to leave me some thoughts on the first bit of the story, of the new characters and old ones in new roles, please do so! I am very curious as to what people are thinking and where they think the story is going to go!

          Hope 2024 has treated you alright so far, and hopefully your holiday season was or is a joyful experience. 
          
          Elemental Thief has begun its roll out. I return to class on Monday, but I've preloaded some scheduled chapters, so for the next month and a bit at least, there will be two updates a week ( with a special extra update on my birthday, and maybe an extra one in there if the chapters are shorter than normal)

          I hope things are going well for you, and if you're struggling during this time of year, know that you are loved and things will get better. :) Check in with your friends, and always reach out for help if you need it. 
          
          For fans of EW, in case you missed the notice ( and the new book on my works list) Elemental Thief is coming! Some new characters, some old ones in new roles, and more action and adventure. Some love and swashbuckling, and lots of intrigue!  I had to do a re-read since my last post, and now I've started editing and adding some bits, so hopefully we can get down to a good schedule by the time I get things posted. I'm loosely planning on releasing the first real chapter on NYE.  So add it to your libraries to keep track!

So I've finished editing All The Queen's Champions. I have scheduled the posts for the next week, and the story will be complete by the 1st of December. 
          
          I'm going to look at a couple of my stories to see which one I will post next. It'll be another big undertaking, so I need to evaluate which story will be something I can tackle with some semi-regularity. ( you have all been patient with me, I know. I would like to post on a more predictable schedule.)
          
          Top choices are Elemental Thief ( book 1) or  a Sci-fi story I wrote that's kind of like Pride and Prejudice in Space. But Who knows. May also do a short holiday Novella in the meantime, depending on my mental capacities!

It is incredibly difficult to learn a second language. 
          
          Currently most of my brain power is being burned on learning to speak French, so writing / editing / posting has been HARD. I'm trying. I hope to get better. Thank you for those of you who have tolerated the sporadic posting I've been subjecting you to the last several weeks.

Hands down best reads I've read on Wattpad. 
          
          Planned on continuing the story from elemental witch part 3 but can't figure out where the first book is? 

I know it's been a while since you've heard from me, and my posting has been pretty delayed and a bit unreliable in the last month and a half.  I have been going through some big moves, coming back to Canada and getting settled in again. 
          
          For those of you who have been following it The Devil's Deal series is now done, though the characters will continue in the next phases of the SinfullyBreaking series over on WiskeySins. 
          
          Also, let's wish a belated Happy Birthday to @whiskeyjanedoe . Not going to say exactly when it was, but she recently celebrated her year around the sun! :) 
          
          As ATQC starts to wrap up,  I'm contemplating the next book to start releasing, and I need your help. Should I look at starting the next Elemental Series ( takes place in the same world as Elemental Witch, but a century later) or should I start editing and posting my experimental Sci-fi book about a Female Pilot from Earth who wakes up 300 years after her space mission went missing and faces a whole new society but same old enemy.

          I will say that if you publish on Wattpad, to check out the books she has on her page, in case she has stolen them from you. Not only did she appeal my original complaint for copyright infringement, but she has also published Elemental Witch TWICE through Ingram Spark, and it's now showing on Amazon again. 
          
          I know she's on Wattpad. And she's read my work, so she's probably on my page.  Too. What an absolute garbage human being. Trying to profit off of other people's hard work and creativity.

          And anyone who follows me on Instagram, or reads my works, knows that I'm an ally to the 2SLGBTQI+ ( This is the acronym that is used by the Government of Canada, and I intend it to be inclusive, but if there is something missing that you would like to have acknowledged, please let me know) community. 
          
          Though I make mistakes, and I am always working to be a better ally to this and other marginalized communities, I strive to support and express my belief that all forms of love are valid and deserve to be expressed and enjoyed by all people along the gender expression. Please know that you are loved, and accepted here, and if I have gotten something wrong, I will do my best to fix it. 
          
          Pride isn't about the commodification or fetishization of gender expression or sexual orientation. It's a protest, it has always been a protest, and will be until the  2SLGBTQI+ community is no longer discriminated against in our society. 
          
           If you are a  2SLGBTQI+ author who wants to share their work, please feel free to post it to this page or as a comment on this post, or send it as a message, and I  will include it in a reading list. 
          
          For a recommended read:  I recently finished "Felix Ever After" by  Kacen Callender ( yes, my TBR is hella long, and I don't read new releases) and would highly recommend it to anyone. I devoured the book in a day.
