Bruce A. Shields

Bruce A. Shields was born in Flint, Michigan, moving to Tawas, Michigan in 1995, where he met his wife Terri. Together they live on a humble pseudo-farm where they have two cats named Smokey and Trooper, two Pigmy goats named General Billy Lee and Daryl Billy-Goat Dixon, and two Shetland ponies named Niel and Salvadore. Together Bruce and Terri have six children, Lori, Jennifer, Eric, Kelly, Trenton and Rebekah.

Bruce started writing fiction in elementary, and although he suffers from dyslexia, he continues to write. The Pandemic Dawn Series which will soon have the third novel added to it April 29th, 2015, is his first series. Three or four more books will be in the series, however, plans are already in the works for one spin-off character from the series, and a proposed "prequal", aptly named "Before the Dawn".
