I love stories! I write a lot, and I read a ton, and go to the movies whenever I can. 

I live in the mountains (love!), have five adorable children, and a sweet cockerspaniel who adores me. 
My hubby is a writer too, he writes epic fantasy for adults. He adores me too. :) We are such nerds, that all of our vacations are to writing conferences and retreats! 

When I'm not reading or writing, I love to Irish dance. It's amazing and I compete in Irish dance competitions, along with my twelve -year-old son. I also love to cook (hence, the cookbooks). I love to be outside, and spend time with my family. 

When I was a kid I wanted to be an author. Somewhere along the way I got the idea that being an author wasn't a good option for me. When I got pregnant with my fifth baby, the stories just started coming and wouldn't stop. I started writing them down, and now I'm an author!

I've published a few cookbooks that connect readers with tasty reads (mostly YA) and adventurous eats. They are The Book Blogger's Cookbooks on Amazon. But I'm most excited about my debut novel, The Geis: Awakening, a YA fantasy thriller that comes out July 2013.
