@CrescentRWBY Here's three sayings I often go by, don't focus on The What If, focus on The Now, don't focus on what might happen, just focus on the present, and the other saying is that you should always try to focus on something positive, for example, make up stories in your head and focus on them, so you can drive away any negative thoughts and feelings as well as possibly recover from a negative event or even not be affected by it, and, lastly, one of my favorites, when you want to frown, smile, if you want to cry, laugh.
