Congratulations @Wattys2018 winners!

It was another good year for dark and fantastical works, Dark Ones. A diverse selection from the darkly humorous to the darkly whimsical to grimdark Fantasy. We've started adding this years winners to our ongoing "Award Winning Dark Fantasy" list. (A temporary glitch has kept us from adding all relevant winning works, but we will add those soon as we're able.)

          	---

We've been working behind the scenes recently to try to put some contests and clubs into motion, and so related to this, if any of you want to be more involved with the DFC and volunteer content, time or participate in some way, please send a PM so we can bring you into the conversation. We'd love to offer more interaction and opportunity for both readers and writers of Dark Fantasy on Wattpad, but the truth is it takes people to make that happen.

          	---

Our regular Reading Lists are still open for submissions. We do look at the submissions even if we don't add all the works recommended to us. We're really looking for the slightly more polished works that could be next years Wattys winners.

On that note, if you know you have a Dark Fantasy work that you will be writing or rewriting with the hope of entering the *2019* Wattys AND you are accepting constructive criticism on that work to get it ready, then your work may be suited to our "Maybe Next Year" Reading List which we update post-Wattys (meaning now). It's not necessary to fill out the form for this one, just send a PM mentioning "Maybe Next Year".
