Due to how complicated the topic of AI is, I've decided to give drawing my book cover for "Bonding With The Enemy" another shot. This way I don't have to deal with the hassle of copyright. I like this version more than my first drawing attempt, but will only be posting it on my Instagram until I publish the book to Kindle.

I've got the first drawing, second cover with AI filter (The one you see here on Wattpad) and the latest drawing attempt all in one Instagram post if ya'll want to take a look. My instagram is @Author_d.sparx

I'm still working on this manuscript and I realized I didn't properly describe HALF the people in Bonding With The Enemy. Or the houses, neighborhoods, etc. Jeez.

@DarkSparx Also, he is always spot on with the comebacks.

@DarkSparx the sass of Darren is enough to carry several volumes. His whole personality and interactions with everyone is chef’s kiss to me.

Oh yes, such a good idea. I often thought that a follow up book would be good, the story behind being sold, who the real family was, other children they come across who have also been sold etc. A whole network of traffickers, or just one or two? Might make for some tricky situations. Perhaps they end up working for the Council to investigate etc?

Ik this is a very stupid thing to do (but I'm gonna do it anyway). So for context I was re-reading all your books again and I noticed that I as a reader have seen the characters struggle in getting together but I want to know more about the characters and their relationship as a couple. Your writing style is great but it would be nice if we could get an extra chapter in all the books looking more deep into the relationship.

I apologise for my English ಥ‿ಥ

@DarkSparx So that means we are getting an extra chapter (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

No you have a point! I tend to end the stories after the couple finally gets together or get married.

How is "Bonding with the Enemy" one of my top books? I'm working on this manuscript for Kindle and finding so many plot holes, spelling errors, and cringy scenes. X.X

Not to mention I really hate how I wrote Sophie's character. She's getting a slight revamp, along with Jasper in the Kindle Edition. Not enough to change the plot. I just want to flesh them out a bit better.

@DarkSparx I think these characteristics made sure that not all characters are perfect. And it would be great if we could have some chapters of them being together ಥ‿ಥ

Question: For my covers, should I put "gay" or "lgbt" on it? I've been doing that so far so people understand what they're getting into right off the bat, but I noticed other lgbt authors don't specify their books are lgbt.

Ryuko_Shuji

I think Gay is better since it’s less broader than LGBT. Being broad can be good in some cases, but targeting a specific audience (in this case people who like reading mxm) can bring in more people.

I learned this from my friend that studied business I think??? But I’m not an expert so ‍♀️

@DarkSparx I would definitely encourage you to specify, if its a story about 2 guys then "gay" should be on the cover and if it is more broader than "LGBT".

For me the question is NOT why you should put it on the cover, instead, why shouldn't you do so.

@WillowsProse …i agree with Willows. It’s how I do searches. I also use bxb or mxm.

Hello! Yes I’m working on some manuscripts to publish on Kindle. They aren’t ready yet because I wanted to finish Second Times a Charm first but now I can focus on editing and publishing print versions.

I’ll be sure to announce the kindle releases here when they get published.

Hello everyone! I'm happy to announce that "Second Time's a Charm" is finally complete!

@DarkSparx so happy for you ^v^ I think second times the charm was a real thriller for me. Like the chapter where you did that time skip and wrote in the perspective of an outsider about what the MC was getting up really get me so excited to find out more. I really just loved the concept of this novel cuz I'm such a huge sucker for time travel/reincarnation stories. I just love how you made the MC think about what happens after his knowledge of his previous timeline was and dilemma of it. Overall I loveeedddd this novel. Amazing work ♡♡♡
