Hello. 

You're probably here because of my story 'The Happening' I started writing about 4 years ago and completed in 2013. 

Thank you to everyone who read it, voted and left such lovely, supportive comments - I was always surprised by the crazy positive feedback I received on all 36 chapters and the 60,000 reads it obtained.  

After consideration I decided to unpublish my work, as the quality of (16 year old self's) writing is pretty damn awful, and I found it embarrassing to read. I doubt there are many writers who want the world to see their early drafts. 

This doesn't mean to say 'The Happening' is gone forever. I know there were quite a few who wanted to know the fates of their favourite characters and I'm confident I'll return to the story at some point! However, I'm currently travelling the world and as you can imagine there's little time to write. 

Thank you again to everyone who supported the pride and joy of my late adolescence. I hope to hear from you again in the future!
