Piers Raihan is ignoring me  I DON'T KNOW IF I UPSETTED HIM OR WHAT 

I feel like a dinosaur. I haven't touched Wattpad for two years straight. Nor have I explored any written social media platforms like fanfictionet.net, deviantart, ao3, or quotev in ages. I lost interest in writing in general and my writing business on DeviantArt after I decided to work to support myself. 
          
          My main hobby now is gaming, as that's the only thing I wanted to put into my free time after I get off work or relax on the weekends. Until I did have a talk with some online friends in an xbox party about what I used to do in the past. Then I started to actually miss my old hobby of writing, remembering my prime days on wattpad in my teens. But now my time is more limited yet I do wish to accomplish more.
          
          Now that I have returned, Wattpad feels so vastly different with their new features. It's like a new world to explore. And I wonder if the same writers I follow are still even posting. 
          
          By the way this isn't an April fools post! I'm actually coming out of my grave!!

          Well, I've decided to come back and stay here for good! I missed this place and haven't even touched it in almost a year. I feel so ready to be back here! I wanna check on old faces and see new ones that recently came here. 
          
          I will continue making content here although this isn't my main platform, I will give it my all! I'm glad to be back y'all! ^^

IMPORTANT: I'm sorry for those who've been trying to keep up with me and my lack of timely updates and activity. But I'm no longer going to upload stories here. I'm moving them to DeviantArt and Archive of Our Forum and perhaps Fanfictionnet. DON'T FRET! I am not deleting my stories however I'm gonna continue to work on them with a new refreshed mindset and hope to perform better elsewhere. I'm also not leaving Wattpad! I want to stay to read the abundance of stories here and interact with authors that I admire. I know this is a huge change, but I think it's for the best since I'm not really active here like I used to be and I want to start anew. HEADSUP!: I know this may seem out of the blue, but I've recently gotten a DM from a random user to check out their story. They posted a chapter of their work in DMs to critique, but they told me that Wattpad doesn't allow them to post it and was posting it on another reading & writing app called AnyStories
          
          I thought "oh then it must be an adult oriented book and works like that cant be posted on Wattpad and can only be posted on certain writing sites" and I thought AnyStories would be one of those sites. Nope, turns out that AnyStories has the EXACT same guidelines as Wattpad whenIdid research. So I'm wondering "why don't they want to submit it to Wattpad instead since they have the same guidelines and already have an account here?!" 
          
          Turns out they submitted a book on AnyStories and asked if I could review it there. So I did, but AnyStories is basically like Wattpad but better payments offered to professional writers and yet more paywalls with coins.
          
          The coins work the same as Wattpad coins except you have to pay for them and can't get them from ads like Wattpad does. What makes it even worse is that you might need the coins to read certain stories more often on AnyStories than Wattpad. As you can see that AnyStories has a decent rating of 3.8 but I see users complaining about the coins.
          
          BUT you can still post stories for free and let people read for free. You need to be a signed writer to setup coin paywalls on your stories. To be a signed writer, you have to meet the requirements and make original works. If you are, you get $50 for a story that gets approved +150$ if you update that story daily with a minimum word count PLUS the royalties from readers using coins to unlock your story. So you can earn a fuck ton of money more then on Wattpad, but other than that I'm not into it at all. 
          
          I just wanted to see if yall had the same experience

 /   /  : Hey guys! I just want to say that I'm discountinuing The Buizel That Could. Yes, I know, another book like Heartship is gonna be on hold. I feel like I need to give that book some time to mold and brainstorm more ideas to properly form the setting and plot.
          
          While I do that, I'm also going to be uploading a new book to help me get back on track. I havent been uploading anything at all and I feel like a mess trying to deal with The Buizel That Could's untimely updates. I keep saying Im going to update at this and that and this and that time but never stuck to my schedule and I've probably confused many readers of the book.
          
          So I want something fresh. I started working on a new overwatch fanfic that I hope you guys would love! I'm also going to be uploading pokemon oneshot requests that people have been patiently waited for, so thats was another reason why I put that book on hold. Until then, I hope for you yall to enjoy your week! ^^

Holy Hell, I've been dead dead dead. Not dead inside, (maybe), but I have totally stopped being active completely for 2 months straight. Ngl, I totally forgot about Wattpad. I've been making content on my YT channel, posts on insta, and talking with friends on other platforms. Along with e-learning, those things kept me busy. I've even planned to delete my account because of how inactive I was. But I was hesitant in doing so because I want to continue making stories, so I'm not leaving. I just gotta work around setting things up here while also dealing with other content. So until then, please take care and hope you all are safe during this pandemic! ^^
