Kevin is a writer, educator and librarian in Central Florida. He draws his influence from works of literary fiction such as Maeve Binchy and Victor Hugo, but is greatly influenced by modern fantasy writers like Brandon Sanderson, Mercedes Lackey, and Robert Jordan. He dabbles in playwriting, screenwriting, fiction, and horror. He's been known to hide out and read cozy mysteries on vacation. He was recently recognized as a quarter finalist for his screenplay "We Were Never Right" in the 2021 BlueCat Screenplay Competition.
He has a Master of Arts degree in Library and Information Science and a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing, and has been a TEDx speaker in his professional career with over 33k views.
