Oh my giddy aunt - about me is always a difficult one when you write, dress up in often gothic costumes and sometimes make whacky films of it.  I don't really know about me because there are so many different aspects and it does change. However, I write children's stories, articles and content.  To make myself a bit more interesting, I suppose I could say that when I write about Victorian crime, I wear my long black cape and when I write stories for four year olds - I wear a pastel blue polo neck jumper - however, the truth of the matter is that I write before I get dressed so its the old Noel Coward smoking jacket and turban for me.

I adore Shakespeare and Dickens amongst other golden oldies and believe that if they are presented to young people in an exciting way, they also will see why they have survived against all the odds. So at the moment, I am reworking my first Will Blyton book which is about a time travelling detective and making a stage play/ film of it so that I can workshop it and get people shouting out insults galore and having fun with me.  My business is called Loony Literature but honestly you will never find someone else as quiet and retiring as I am no matter where you look.
