That sounds like a wonderful starting point for a book. What kind of Paranormal?  Don't worry about stopping. Worry about enjoying yourself. It's OK to write 3-4 chapters and see how people receive them.

@The-Scrivener yay i love hugs :) anyways i like those violent books mostly. anything with killing and action is awesome. but it is even better if there is paranormal activities too. i have not come up with a satisfying story line yet so i worry i may give up writing half way. i may never write a book, sadly. i believe it is because i am not a persistant person.
