I don't like to mince words, as many of my readers know. I have battled my own abhorrence for authors who waffle since I read Harry Potter for the first time, and I haven't stopped. I never imagined becoming a writer; and to be honest, I still have no idea what the differences between most lingual devices are. Nor do I care to remove the magic from writing by finding out.
I know it's not an ideal way to live, but when someone is drawn to fantasy and science fiction, it really shouldn't matter if there's a conjunctive verb or whatever in the wrong place. I believe that any novelist should write in a way that sounds correct to them, to stay true to their narrative. And to be honest, many of the great novelists of our time made up their own rules anyway.

I just waffled.

Oops.

Even I make mistakes, as much as I loathe to admit this, but I won't take away an opportunity to expand my own knowledge, or anyone else's opportunity for that matter.
So, enjoy my books. I don't like social media. And occasionally I will edit or critique someone's work. Should they have the manners to message me privately and ask.

Farewell, reader. And happy reading.
