I, myself, am not a very social person so I don't have other social media accounts to converse through but I don't always want my comments to be publicized either. I have a feeling I'm not alone in my desire for privacy so we will see if a better option presents itself! ***


After years of aspiring to complete a book, I finally reached my goal in 2023! Technically a novella, Fallen clocks in at 48k words ending just under that sweet 50k word goal for novel status. That being said, I am more than thrilled to have a completed original works.

2023 taught me a lot of things about myself as a creator:
-My writing season will be Jan to Sept with Oct through Dec being too busy with focusing my creative energy elsewhere. 
(That being said- I'm expecting a second daughter this spring/ summer, so we will see how that impacts things!)
-I seem to be in the minority of having time and motivation (and, I like to think, skill) but lack in ideas. 
-I'm currently jumping back into Darkness Falls but would like to start something else this year as well. 

Goals for 2024:
Complete a novel over 50k words
Work on worldbuilding
More networking! 

You all as a community rock- I'm actually annoyed with myself for not getting involved on here sooner. I look forward to connecting with more awesome readers and writers. I'm not a social person but I love getting and giving constructive criticism and honest feedback.
