Two weeks ago my new book, STRANGE GIRL, went on sale. Since then I have received a ton of mail from people who already bought it and read it. I mention this because the mail -- mostly emails -- has been weird. 95% love the book. They swear it’s my best work. However, this is the funny part. The people who don’t like it -- hate it! There’s no middle ground. I’ll flip through my emails in the morning and get all this glowing praise and feel real good about myself. Then I’ll get a letter that calls me talentless scum. Of course, I’ve been doing this for a long time, I know the drill. Yet it’s still shocking to see how you can’t please everyone. An old saying but no less true for being old. Still, if you can buy STRANGE GIRL and read it, there is a 95% chance you won’t be disappointed.
          		Best, Christopher Pike

@RealChristopherPike I had just finished reading Remember Me and am a fan already. I love it and am sure that Strange Girl is as good, maybe better, than it. Anyways, Im sure Im gonna love it like Remember Me. :) I just surely hope I can find your books to buy here in Phil.. The thrill of turning page by page is much more fulfilling than using phones. x

@RealChristopherPike I have been a fan for a long time. I just ordered Strange Girl and Remember Me because I love to have real books in my hand.I love to turn a paper page and use a bookmark. I am reading Remember Me on Wattpad, however and I must say, your excellent writing proves once again that you are the master.

My dad had "Slumber Party" and the first "Chain Letter", both that I decided to read throughout middle school, with the "Remember Me" trilogy in high school since my English teacher had it bookshelf. Honestly, I credit you for easing me further into the horror genre in ways R.L. Stine couldn't even do (fun as "Goosebumps" and "The Nightmare Room" were). Thank you!
