I am a registered nurse and minister's wife and have been writing for publication since 2001. Since 1997, I have also been a cancer survivor. My book, Strength Renewed: Meditations for your Journey through Breast Cancer, was published by Revell/Baker on October 2012, in time for Breast Cancer Month. It is available internationally at all major book-stores and on-line suppliers. 

I am also contributing author to ten books to date including four Guideposts anthologies and several Chicken Soups. Hundreds of my devotional and inspirational articles have been published internationally and on-line. I am owner/moderator of CWOSA, an internet writers' group for Christian writers of Southern Africa. 

Although born in Scotland, my home country is now South Africa. My husband and I live in the beautiful but windy city of Port Elizabeth, a few minutes' walk from the beach. 

I survived cancer the same way as I live my life; with a deep faith in God, and a passion for inspiring and encouraging others.
