Alright. I'm sorry bc I know no one wants to hear a rant, but...please don't comment spam someone telling them how great their work is, then asking them to read your book, and when they do, stop reading their story. I don't want fake praise. I don't want to be scammed. It's hard enough to get readers as it is. And, for the love of God, don't continually ask them to read more of your work when you have no intention of ever going back to theirs. I get it, life is hectic, but that's not an excuse to stop basic politeness. I've had people I thought were legitimate readers turn out to be liars who just wanted more interaction. And by now, I don't care. I'm over it. I mean, it's Wattpad. It is what it is. But in the future...please just keep it in mind for others.
