Dear all, and particularly those who’ve applied for February / March Ambassador training, we have a few changes we need to bring to your attention. 
          	
          	The February / March training session has unfortunately been canceled this year due to internal reorganisation. We are intending to run the next training session in June / July time as normal though. 
          	
          	If you have already applied to join the February / March session, there is no need to re-apply for the June/July session, your application will automatically carry over. We will leave the current application form open until May for any new applications. 
          	
          	Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and if you have any questions then please do feel free to private message if you have any questions.

@ILoveMoschino - Ambassador selection messages will be going out in June, so if you've not gotten a message by end of June then you've not been successful this time. Messages will come from a new AmbassadorCommunications profile that we'll be using. Cheers, Gavin

@112313parnika - I'm sorry, but i can't really suggest much else at this point. The process is that you have to appeal and then wait for a response.

I am trying to stand up for Wattpad because I absolutely love this platform, but it's getting frustrating when stories and apparently drafts now are getting deleted without any notice. Why can't the staff just send us an email like you used to? 
          
          I can't keep fighting for you if it's all true.
          I just want answers on why so many are being deleted and the people not being notified by it. It can be hard to know if rules are being followed. You have ambassadors to help with the chaos. What are the ambassadors even there for nowadays???

            As far as I’m aware, the system is meant to send a message when a story is removed. If that’s not something that’s happening then folks will need to send in a message to the Support team via the Help pages. 
            
            As for the Ambassadors, things have changed appreciably since you were on the team. The Ambassadors help to support the community by running the various Ambassador profiles, searching for great stories to add to the reading lists and inspiring folks to write by running all sorts of challenges. As you’re well aware, the Ambassadors are not staff and do not have any control over how the platform runs at a high level. 
            
            I hope that clarifies things a little.

Hello,
          
          My book account, which had 5 million reads 1 month ago, was closed by the Wattpad team. No reason given or warning given. I sent an e-mail to the Wattpad support team to reactivate my account, but I did not receive a positive response.
          
          A friend of mine told me to write an objection letter to Wattpad Canada. How can I do that? Can you help and guide?

@fionq23 - Hi, the main way to contact Wattpad is via the Help pages where you'd send in a message to the Support team. They don't really accept letters as such from Wattpad users as communications should be online. Short of trying to get their attention via social media, I'm not really sure what else to suggest, sorry.

          I need your help with some stuff. Tell me, please, I came across the Ambassadors pages where it is written page is not working because it has not proper service like people who can provide this page on this language. What if I know this requiered language perfectly and I want to try myself in Ambassadors team? Tell me, please, what should I know, how much time should I spend working with that and what this work looks like, what should I do exactly, except conditions I have read in profile of Ambassador team? In their profile there is information you are good to help with that. Help me, please, maybe I can help with improving Wattpad community and I would be glad to take part in helping people to make comditions more pleasant and special.
