@s0mething1234 Omg noo I’m so sorry, in my sleep I’m a heavy mouth breather, like I no matter how hard I try- breathing out my nose is just not possible

Does anyone find random wounds on themselves especially after waking up? Like most days I wake up from sleep and my legs bleeding, I’ll have bruises and cuts-
Like once I woke up and ended up in the er bc I sprained my shoulder
Idk why,how or what is happening during the rem stages but it has to stop
About 2 years ago I remember my head smashing the frame of my bed In my sleep to the point I woke up confused asf in pain and couldn’t even continue my sleep-
