hey dimes, it's been a while since i last updated and i kind of wanted to give a little life update.
          
          a lot has been happening in my life lately and honestly a lot has changed. i started my second year of college and my class schedule this semester is kinda wack. i have a lot more homework and study time than i had before and some of my classes haven't even started yet so lmao yikes. honestly i don't really know if school is getting too stressful and that's the reason, but lately my mental health has been absolute shit. in the past few weeks or so i've been getting some pretty serious depressive episodes which are really scary because ive never experienced anything like that before. its kind of surreal as a psychology major because i study stuff like this, however i really don't understand why this is happening to me. everything feels different lately. i sleep a lot more than usual and i have trouble getting out of bed sometimes. sometimes i feel unproductive but when i try to do stuff i feel unmotivated so i get stuck in these loops of feeling bad about myself. my short term memory has also been noticeably worse lately. ive been trying to take care of myself through this by going to the gym and eating well, and i kind of feel like those things might be the only things keeping me from completely collapsing. writing books used to be something i used to destress, but now when i try i sometimes feel so unmotivated that i cant.
          
          im trying my best to get back up on my feet and im not sure when i actually would, but i know that i will at some point in the future. i still know that i want to finish spidey sense and i promised myself that i would, it just might take a lot longer to put out chapters. the next chapter is actually about halfway done so i can definitely finish it if i get a sudden surge of motivation or something.
