When you finally introduced the captain (aka luffy) you should opened up the scene where luffy is exhausted after using gear 5 and kaido asking luffy "what the hell are you?!" (Chapter 1045)
Then that be a good lead to luffy telling his iconic line after kaido got punch in the face (or through) and kaido in the ground asking luffy "who the hell are you?" (Chapter 1046)
And then luffy telling kaido "who, me?, I'M MONKEY D. LUFFY!!, THE MAN WHO GONNA SURPASS YOU AND BECOME THE KING OF THE PIRATES!!" That be a good and interesting introduction to luffy revealing that he's the mysterious captain to the crew while luffy in gear 5, and also don't forget their reaction.
