I can’t help but think about what would have happened in the War of 1812 if the Northern states were more cooperative with the invasion of Canada. The New England states’ (including New York) lack of full cooperation was one of the biggest reasons why the frontline was constantly stalling and stalemating, only reaching Ottawa. 
          
          Alt History situations always fascinate me with their unanswered questions. I also oftentimes wonder what would have happened if the Soviet Union won the Cold War or if Italy was more competent in World War II. 

Ain’t no way these people just said they don’t have the Epstein files, even though they said they had them on the Attorney General’s desk back in February. 
          
          I don’t usually comment on politics on Wattpad specifically (I get a lot more political on Facebook and regretfully Twitter), but this whole administration is a clown show. Nothing they have done has actually helped the United States. Inflation is still going up, undoing all that effort started in 2022 to reduce inflation; the LGBTQIA+ hotline was shut down, which risks overflowing the national hotline and putting pressure on individuals not specifically trained to assist vulnerable LGBTQ+ people, who are now at more risk of carrying through; the ironic massive amounts of government overreach, despite claims of being pro-small government, such as taking control of California’s National Guard in violation of federal law; the constant push to end birthright citizenship, which was instituted by the 14th Amendment to provide a process of citizenship for all freedmen post-American Civil War and any future immigrant children born within American borders; and then there’s the many attempts to target the education system by forcing universities to conform with government ideals and ending vital funding by shutting down the Department of Education. 

I am almost done with the Roots’ portion of the new Lakefront Sagas Wiki. Just have another… thirty Roots characters and four entire Territories to go. Easy work. Totally. Definitely won’t kill what little sanity I have left. ^^

Oh, and before I forget to announce this! I am in the process of reworking the Wikis for Lakefront Sagas. They were initially divided into 5+ Google Docs because I wanted to give each character their own individual tab (which has a maximum of 100 tabs), but I have decided to rework them into a singular Google Doc. Once I have completed moving the characters over to their new tabs (now divided by current residence), I will add bookmark links to make it easier to traverse the document where a character is named in another’s Wiki profile. 
          
          I’ll be sure to provide access to the Wiki after I finish any last touches. With the current publishing system for Rising Storm in mind, the Wiki will be updated upon the completion of each Act. Once publishing begins for any future books, it will be updated after every chapter release. 

What is up with Twitter and all the racism? It’s been getting even worse since the last time I commented on it, and that was only a few days ago. It is genuinely baffling how anyone actually believes they are superior to someone else based on the colour of their skin. It’s complete bullshit. 

Sorry about all the inactivity then sudden bursts of activity. This summer break has been a lot busier than I realised it was going to be, lol. 

Chaos.

I saw a few similar posts on Twitter that made me laugh from the absurdity of them.

          *Proceeds to show a video of a large group of [insert racial/ethnic minority] being chill.*
          
          Like fucking hell, they just need to say they are a racist and move on with their life. Why does it bother some people when someone of a different background from them makes up the majority group of an area AND are being normal, everyday humans? They need to get a fucking hobby and mind their business. Or, better yet, they should actually try talking with minorities. There are always going to be a few bad apples, but the vast majority of people from minority groups are genuinely good people. 

Update on Lakefront Sagas! 
          
          I have decided to separate the release of books into Stages. Currently, there are three known Stages. Stage One contains the Introductory, Stage Two contains Arc One, and Stage Three contains Arc Two. 
          
          Rising Storm (Introductory) will now kick off Stage One, with any stories releasing after it and before Arc One being part of Stage One. Arc One will now kick off Stage Two, with any stories releasing after it and before Arc Two being part of Stage Two. 
          
          I will also openly declare that Stage One also currently has three novellas and three super editions. I won't spoil the titles just yet since I have reorganised and renamed some of them, so it'll be a secret for now until I begin the process of writing them. ^^
          
          On some further news, Rising Storm will have 75 chapters, not including non-story chapters, the prologue, and epilogue. However, to make up for the length, Rising Storm will be divided into three Acts, similarly to Arcane, with hopefully 25 chapters each. This allows the story to remain as one book while still being friendly to those who prefer to read at their own pace. Chapter One should be the start of Act I, and Chapter Twenty-Six should be the start of Act II. Chapter Fifty-One would, thus, be the start of Act III.
