Hey there! 
This is the official account of WattPride! For those of you who don't know, WattPride is an account on which various events promoting equality for the LGBT community will be held. We want to promote this equality and also acceptance for everyone! Taking part is easy! All you have to do is write something which is pro LGBT and post it during an event time! The theme will change with each individual event. Tag it and label the title with 'WattPride'. That's all. Easy, right. If you have any questions beyond that, they'll probably be answered in a book we'll post explaining things in more detail.  If not, you can always pm this account, or one of the founders, and you'll get all the info you could possibly need!

What are you waiting for?

We won't bow down. We won't take no for an answer. We won't hide in our closets any longer. We're out, and we're proud. We're here and we're not going anywhere. We are WattPride, and we will stop at nothing to make the world a world  where love is love. A world where anyone can be with anyone. A world which we could bear to bring children into.


This is your chance to do some good, to stand up for what is right! How many times have you seen someone called 'queer' 'fag' or worse? Too many, that's for sure. Bullying because of sexual orientation is the biggest cause of teen suicide in America. We want to change that. We want to make a world where everyone can be themselves, and be free, and love who they love! We're not fighting for equality, we're fighting for love!
