I'm trying to get back into writing though it's been years.  Most of my stuff is poetry, but I have ideas for stories that I just need to work on, so any encouragement is welcome.  And if you have a suggestion to help improve my writing please let me know.

The one thing I want to do most in life is write something that fundamentally changes how other people think, or at least gets them to say: "That's a cool idea!"

I love reading.  Pretty much any type of book too.  Fiction, fantasy, scifi, sci fact, poetry, philosophy, history, whatever.  Not ebooks though, real ones.  A book needs that musty smell of age, and the rough texture of the printed page for it to be real to me--to be meaningful.  Yeah yeah, old dog new tricks, etc.

Anyway, read on Macduff!  Let me know what you think, and feel free to bitch at me if I'm too slow with getting my stuff out.  I'm bad for that and sometimes need a good kick to get going again.
