Can it be like heart/lung/blood cancer, they are trying to make a cure but don't have luck until the end like idk maybe like a few minutes before he dies they figure it out. Also after endgame but they are all alive (tchalla snaped), may died because of illness during the blip, tony and pepper adopted peter, and please put parley. (I don't mind how long it is)
