Started writing again. 16 Years is the latest of the Pieces of my heart anthology.

Phew. It has been a rough few months. Between my gm getting sick within the past few days, people I know passing away, and working remotely from home for three months, I am in desperate need of a break.  The only comfort I got was seeing my former students from QUMS, PS 84, and Wagner all graduate. As some go off to college and others begin high school, I want them to know that there will be good times and bad times, however with perservance and unwavering determination they got this! 
          
          My father always told me that "tomorrow is promised to no one." So make the best of the time you have.  I should take this advice and get some writing done.

I know it has been a while, but  I want to give a special Shout-Out to the Class of 2020 at PS 84 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I am so proud of you all and I can't wait for you guys to show the world how awesome you really are!

So I have gotten hit with the writing bug again. Hopefully this time I can finish a work without quitting on it part way.
          
          It is a struggle to be motivated since I have a lot I'm dealing with at home and at work, but I hope that I can continue to write for you guys.

          Here is an excerpt of Chapter 4 of 'Unraveled.'
          
          "What else happened between you and him? What did he say for you to drop your panties for 'im?"
          
          She sighed. Telling Bobby about her relationship with Peter was one thing, but explaining the intimate details made her nervous. For all she knew, he could decide that he had enough and just kill right in the middle of it. 
          
          "It didn't happen as easy as you think, Bobby."
          
          "Well, tell me what happened, I don't have all fucking day!" He slammed his  fist against the table, sending his fork flying off his plate and onto the floor.

Sometimes people ask me what kind of music I listen to when I write. I listen to wide range of music, so I don't have just one favorite genre. I listen to pop, rap, R&B, Hip-Hop, Soul, Jpop, Jrock, Lpop, Lrock, rock, heavy metal, some death metal, some country music. 
          
          It depends on my mood (not necessarily my characters moods) that I listen to music. If I upset, I tend to go for something angry or when I am happy I go for more upbeat music.  So yeah, I like different types of music.

Holy crap! I just completed the third chapter to Unraveled. It is amazing how wine can motivate you to write. I am happy that I completed a chapter. I can't wait to work on more of my stories since I am on break from work. 
          
          In the meantime, please enjoy the chapter and all feedback is welcomed.
