THEY'RE over THERE with THEIR dog. Actually, I'm not even sure whether that's THEIR dog, but that might be it over THERE where THEY'RE headed toward.

2) Your, you're
I severely doubt YOUR claims over having a large amount of knowledge on London slang seeing as YOU'RE neither from England nor do you listen to grime. I'm not even sure that YOU'RE grammatically correct in your sentences...

3) Defintitely, defiantly
My mum DEFINITELY wanted me to go to the party, in fact, she insisted on it, but I DEFIANTLY gritted out a 'no' whilst shaking my head, in order to emphasise my defiance to comply with her every whim.

4) Different from not than or to
Tbh the orgins of the use of 'than' will forever remain a mystery to me seeing as it is a preposition and conjuction. However, it's more reasonable than the use of 'to'. One question, do you say 'closer from'? I rest my case.
