Hi everyone! I have news that some of you may not like, but I hope you can understand why I've made the decision that I have: I'm going to be removing Fractured Magic from Wattpad. (But don't worry, it'll still be available to read for free on tapas and on my website, emrowene.com!)
          
          I've been uncomfortable with wattpad's policies for a while now (particularly with their policies on plagiarism and their avoidance of culpability on the matter). I was considering participating in the Open Novella Contest this year, but after reading the predatory terms of participation, I've just about had enough. Terms like these have been creeping into wattpad contests and contracts slowly, and as an Intellectual Property attorney, I am not going to stay on a site that doesn't value its creators or their rights. And I'm not going to stay around long enough for them to try something worse. I hope you'll continue to read Fractured Magic on one of the other sites, but if not, I sincerely thank you for all of the interest you've shown in my work, for every vote on every chapter, and for every comment left. It means more to me than you can know.

Hey..did you stop updating on your website the chapter 44/-coming soon has been there for so long..

Hey all! It's been a little while since I've dropped in with an announcement, but I've got a big one: the hiatus is over! Over on the official site (emrowene.com), Fractured Magic book 2 will be back starting September 1. (And there'll be new chapters on Tapas, as well!)

The FINAL CHAPTER of Fractured Magic Volume I is up!! Thank you to everyone who's been following along so far! As I've stated in the chapter comments, Volume II is currently ongoing on the official website (emrowene.com). I don't currently have plans to publish it to Wattpad, but I'll reassess once Volume II is complete. If you'd like to see it get published on here, be sure to let me know!
          
          Either way, it'll be some time before Volume II is complete, so now's the time to catch up!

          And yeah! For now, I'm thinking I'm only going to put Volume 1 on here, then just route people to either tapas or the website, but we'll see!

New Fractured Magic chapter today! You guys are going to like this one - we get to see how Roman and Leandros met (Spoiler: it's very gay). There's also some bonus roman/leandros art at the end of the chapter!

Both Fractured Magic AND The Sigilist's Guard updated today!! And there's a special surprise at the end of today's Fractured Magic chapter :)

Happy Friday, friends! There's a new chapter  of Fractured Magic up today, and more of the Sigilist's Guard coming this weekend! I know this last SG chapter was a heavy one, but we soon get to meet our Anastasia character!

          Also! I've decided to participate in the ONC, so keep an eye out for a new story from me! I don't have many of the details worked out, but it's going to be a sapphic fantasy Anastasia retelling!
