BTW I draw some of my covers (and a few of BeingAwesome99's fanfics) while the others are just photos

I use my phone and a stylus to draw the covers. 
Apps used:
-Line Brush
-PicLab (for the typography)
-Picsart

Sometimes, I also use Bokehful, Repix, Labelbox and Drawcast.
