          My feet carried my towards the venue being ready for another media day at the Monaco Historic GP. 
          
          The Monaco glittering sun bathed my tan skin as my curls lay bouncy beneath my Prada sunglasses resting on the top of my head acting as my headband for the day.  It was going to be the first time I see Lando since his first ever formula one win in Miami as I had to fly out to NYC for other makeup clients for the MET.
          
          The smile evident on my glossed lips couldn't be denied for two reasons:
          1.Lando just got his first ever f1 win
          2.im about to see the British man I have a fat crush on who also happened to kiss me on the cheek saying "he really liked me" last time I saw him
          
          I was practically flying.
          
          Until the bone crush hit me.
          
          Her blonde hair and tiny frame could be seem walking with him, his hand on the small of her back as they stayed close together.
          
          Im such an idiot, im such a fool. Really Amara? You really thought he'd choose you over her. The actress. The model. Prettier. Skinnier.Better.
          
          And there's you. A silly little team makeup artist and hair stylist.
          
          My entire face dropped to the ground as I could feel the hot tears slowly start to form in my freshly winged eyes.

          I batted my long and thick mascara coated eyelashes, blinking the tears away as I drew closer to walking past them. My hands reached for my sunglasses, placing them over my eyes swiftly as I walked out of the garage while they were coming inside.
          
          With my chin up and shoulders back, I fluffed up my brunette ringlets placing them behind my shoulders as I walked right past the couple not giving them a second glance to notice the way Lando's mouth opened and closed in attempt to greet me realising what an asshole he is in that very second.
          
          Fuck them, enta eih? (what are you?)

          "What does it mean?" he asked softly watching my lips mouth the Arabic words of the song softly playing in the background drowning in the chatter of people in the room.Sea green eyes scanning my face like he was capturing every crevice of my face in his mind as my head was turned, my hazel eyes looking anywhere but his knowing id give out if I did.
          I let out a quiet sigh as I licked my glossed lips bracing myself.
          I slowly found my way back to his watercolour eyes, "if I tell you I love you, love is too little."
          My glance dropped to his lips for a second as I continued reciting the translation almost as if it was a confession, "I am away from you for one second, I return with desire to your eyes."
          He let out a breath I didn't even know he was holding in, "Amara what are you doing to me hm?" he quietly whispered so that I was the only one to hear those words slip from his lips.

am I crying real tears after seeing land officially with maui? yes.yes I am.

ok guys ik you're gonna hate me but hear me out...... I might be taking an on and off break from writing my book because currently im taking my last every year of school exams year 12 HSC and its just gonna be jam-packed until I fully graduate in November so I don't want to keep you guys hanging with no explanation BUT It doesn't mean ill be completely stopping publishing chaps because I might feel silly sometimes and do it randomly but its probs most likely gonna be on hold until November!!! BUT THERE IS A NEW FIC FOR LANDO I WILL BE TEASING TRUST IM NOT STARVING U GUYS I PROMISE AND THE WALKER FIC WILL STILL BE UPDATED JUST NOT CONSISTENT AT ALL
