I'm about to piss some people off but given my raging migraine I don't really care. Some of y'all don't know how to not be raging fucking rude bitches and it shows. I have seen the rudest fucking comments posted on other people's fics (and some of my own, which I just delete.) 
          
          If you don't like the way someone writes their story or choices they've made in the story or whatever, stop reading. Move to a different fic. You do not need to leave a comment that literally says, "Um...yeah. I'm out, i can't read this crap". Yes, I saw this exact comment on someone's fic. It doesn't make you cool. It makes you an asshole.

I need your help again, friends. I've been thinking about writing some crack fics because I think they are so fun. I'm thinking Harriet Potter across the universes. Each story would stand on its own.

          Hey friends. Consider this a friendly reminder.  Authors in general love to hear you liked our stuff. We love your comments. I absolutely adore that so many of you comment on my stuff and love reading them when i can. (Battle scars is crazy) The nice ones anyway. But I literally just saw a comment on a fic I'm reading that said "update more" and they are posting a chapter daily? Like what?
          
          Let me be clear here I am not talking about or to the vast majority of you. You are all so incredibly understanding with the chaos that is my life. But I'm going to be honest, if I got that comment it would shut me down. 
          
          When I pretty much quit writing for a year when my best friend died I felt so guilty. None of you made me feel that way. That's just my brain. Doesn't matter how much I do I always feel like it's not enough, which has of course gotten worse with my chronic health conditions. 
          
          Creative types tend to have messy brains. Just is. Makes us more interesting.   I pushed myself during that time to post a chapter on Not About You. Wasnt sure I even liked the chapter at all.  First comment I got was something along the lines of Fiiiiiinaally. Yep there I went. Shut down for  several more months. 
          
          Now did that reader mean that the way my brain took it? Probably not. In fact they were probably just thrilled to see the update. My brain did not care. The point here is some writers are skittish creatures in need of positive interaction. Please remember that when posting comments, or for gods' sakes, naming your lists.
          
          One "OMG gftdrcgfddrgvv!" or "I love this. Please update when you get the chance." goes much further than one "update".
