I write poetry and dabble in story writing. As of lately, I am working on putting together a poetry book with all my work (rather than several books)and a written story.
Here's an excerpt from the poetry book:
"For a while at least,
Behind closed doors and dim lit screens,
Whispers of feelings and love,
Torn at the seams,
Their hearts would break,
But their promises wouldn't,
'Forever and Always 'till death do us part'..."
An here's an excerpt from the written book:
"Nothing can explain why I lack the tastes of milk and honey in my mouth. Nor why the sweet spoils of my sheltered life are absent breath, except those lavender eyes that have haunted me for months...if you asked me, whether dreams are real or not if they portray something close to reality, they never leave your mind. The dream isn't just a figment of imagination anymore, it becomes a the disambiguation of virtuality."
