To counteract the boredom of laboring in a stifling corporate atmosphere with an intense focus on spreadsheets, I write contemporary mysteries, horror, and paranormal tales told from the point of view of unusual protagonists rather than professional sleuths.

For cozy fans, the Tabitha Cairn mysteries are filled with romance, humor, and fun female friendships. 

For younger fans, my Ghost Girl stories feature DeeDee Showalter, a thirteen-year-old who can see ghosts and solve the mysteries surrounding their deaths.
