I'm a British Mauritian writer of colour and a giant literary classics nerd. 

My debut novel, A COURT OF MIRACLES, (out Fall 2018 Knopf, Random House) is a YA reimagining of Les Miserables and the Jungle Book, aka a giant Les Mis fanfic where I reclaimed Eponine from 'the Fridge', and made her the heroine of her own adventure. It'll appeal to fans of SIX OF CROWS and THE LIES OF LOCKE LAMORA.
