putting the accent on the show and gossip surrounding f1 rather than the sport itself is what's "killing" it, not a driver or team who is simply better than the rest
@aurunium | oh. my. gosh. YES !! fr tho with those inconsistent rules. At least this year, since the start of the season, their penalties have been borderline unfair. All those exaggerated penalties for the likes of Alonso, Norris' jumpstart being overlooked, Stroll getting merely a slap on his wrist for ending Riccardo's race, that safety car nonsense from the last race in Miami, and the list goes on and on and on. *sigh* Like set the rules and freaking follow them, don't just change them around cause that does nothing but make it super clear that there is a bias there and if anything, THAT ruins the sport a whole lot.
@llxcifers plus FIA censorship and inconsistent rules that fucks up the system of the sport. all those factors (including the Netflix DTS and dramatization aspect) really marketed the last years of F1 as reality show when it's not. it's quite sad because quite the same time that i became a full-time fan of the the sport, the quality of it kinda degraded. kind of missing the days when i just watched races and really enjoy it even if i was just a casual fan back then. 2011-2021 was my fav decade T^T
