          Wattpad has a support page which you can find at http://support.wattpad.com/home, there you can look for solved questions and/or make suggestions to improve Wattpad. 
          
          If you're looking for new stories, well the Discovery tab will help you out with that. Or you can also use the Wattpad Shuffle which you can find in the right hand corner of the page. 
          
          To promote stories, get suggestions on what to read and to make new friends you should pay a visit to one of the many Wattpad Clubs. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
