Hi all! My name is Scarlet Black. I am a multi-genre author with two books currently published by World Castle Publishing. I love to write books that "stay with you" long after you finish the last line.
My debut novel:Salem Moon is a Historical/time-travel paranormal romance. It mixes the horrors of the Salem Witch Trials with present day Salem. A love story that defies time as the Gabriel is saved from being crushed to death for witchcraft by what he believes to be his guardian angel. Not so! Lucien is a fallen angel and wants his soul. He takes Gabriel away to present day Salem, where he falls in love with Lily Snow, unaware that she is a direct descendant ot those who accussed him of witchcraft. Take a thrill ride full of nail biting suspense and fantasy! No one who has read it has not loved it!
The Wisdom of Evil is a Horror/Suspense/Thriller: Glory Solomon has a hard life, suffering from thanataphobia(obsessive fear of death) her husband, a tough as nails cop doesn't believe her when she finally tells him that the Grim Reaper is real and he is after everyone she loves. That is , until they suffer they ultimate loss, that of their child, now he is not so sure. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, Glory is finally forced to stop running from death and face it head on. Let the games begin...
When I'm not writing, I spend time with family and friends. I also work at a local animal shelter. Dogs are my other passion. I've been writing since I was old enough to hold a pen (okay, a crayon!). I've received awards for my journalism articles, a blue ribbon award for Romance and numerous other small awards for my works.
