          	Just so you know, Daughter of Shadows is coming along nicely and I'm dedicating most of my efforts to writing these days. For the rest of May, I'm trying to focus on writing a piece to publish in a literary magazine, so I will mostly write in June.

Hey y’all! 
          
          Once again, sorry for not being active on here—I still check my notifications often and reply to comments once in a while, but I haven’t made an announcement in a while. I’m being slammed with finals right now :/
          
          Anyway, I’m still working on Daughter of Shadows when I have the time and I have about a billion ideas for it that I haven’t written yet. I expect to write a significant portion of it in May and possibly (but probably not) finish writing by June. Then, I will need a decent amount of time to edit since I’ll be juggling a part time job amongst this. But Daughter of Shadows IS STILL HAPPENING and I expect to start posting chapters later this year (possibly summer/fall). 
          
          In the meantime, I’m going to start posting bonus chapters of My Unfortunate Fate (aka drafts of chapters/concepts that didn’t make the cut). I’m not sure how much I can get away with posting to keep the story PG-13, but if there’s enough interest I might post more explicit chapters (later!).

          PS: If anyone is interested, let me know if you’d like me to share the very small poetry account I run on Instagram. I know it isn’t the type of writing I usually post on Wattpad, but I figured I’d let you know it’s out there!

edit: I meant to say I’ll be juggling a FULL TIME
            JOB over the summer!! (ie. 30-40 hour work weeks) and social activities will probably take up a lot of my downtime, as well as resting from said full time job :))

Hi everyone! 
          
          I usually don’t wait almost a month to post an update on Wattpad, but since My Unfortunate Fate has come to an end, I’ve had no reason to post a message. 
          
          Nonetheless, I have some other news: I’m back and working on my next WIP, Daughter of Shadows! I have written about a quarter of the story so far, but I only intend to start posting chapters once I have written the entire book. 
          
          Despite my plan to wait until it’s finished, I’m open to posting the first chapter soon so you can all get a feel for what is to come in this next story. 
          
          A few notes: this book will handle more mature and dark/possibly triggering themes. Once I’ve finalized the last chapters, I will post trigger warnings in the description and in chapters that contain sensitive topics if/when they apply. In short, the story will be labeled “Mature” and reading it will be up to YOUR discretion. 
          
          All in all, I’m still so grateful for all the support on my last story and I love reading comments from people reading/rereading it! I love engaging with you all.
