i agree that it is beyond hypocritical of time magazine to name taylor swift person of the year especially when they named the president of ukraine and the “spirit of ukraine”, whatever that fucking means, last year. however, in a country that was built on stolen land, led by war criminals, a country whose media has dehumanized middle eastern people and arabs for decades; WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?
          
          don’t waste time “canceling” anyone, please just stick to the BDS movement, donate if you can, and share correct information.

none of the male artists, the 1975 and harry styles for example, are facing the same level of outrage. but once again, no one fucking cares. share and talk about PALESTINE, that’s what matters. you think the families that are getting ripped apart every single day care about time magazine? they don’t have CLEAN WATER. thousands are dying of starvation and dehydration rn.

the online rage i’m seeing about taylor swift and beyoncé is…kinda funny. because first of all, did you really expect major western media puppets who can’t even go to a coffee shop without permission from their teams to actively say that they’re pro-palestine knowing that all the major labels are inherently zionist? also no one fucking cares who time’s person of the year is; there are people who are DYING, this is so beyond dystopian.

i just wanted to remind people, to TALK about palestine. don’t stop sharing, don’t stop posting. the gruesome images and videos you see are THEIR reality and every day life, i couldn’t fucking care less if it “triggers” you.
          
          when talking about palestine, don’t just talk about the women and children, remember the palestinian men! kind, sweet, innocent men who are risking their lives to get kids out from under the rubble. kind, sweet, innocent men who are constantly being villainized by the media. fathers, brothers, sons, and nephews; innocents. and remember to BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! boycott disney, boycott starbucks, boycott mcdonald’s, boycott HP, boycott puma, and boycott israeli produce. unfollow zionist actors. don’t believe everything you see on mainstream media. pressure the government and companies to STOP FUNDING GENOCIDE.
          
          remember that humanitarian aid is NOT reaching the palestinian people, there are no banks to withdraw money from, and there is NOTHING to buy. what you can do right now is SHARE and TALK about palestine.

hi there, i’ve been gone for so long that i wasn’t sure if coming on here and saying what i want to say would make a difference but,, fuck it, it’s my mb.
          
          over the past month, with everything happening in palestine, in gaza and in the west bank, i gained a lot of insight on some people i’ve considered friends, as well as many celebrities that i’ve loved and cared about their work.
          
          the amount of people who claim to be “allies” and “woke” and “on the right side of history” publicly, only to be the most heinous, disrespectful, racist and islamphobic privately is…staggering. i’m so disappointed in so many people, but none of that matters right now.
          
          what matters right now is the palestenian people being slaughtered in cold blood, dehumanized by the media, and forced into diaspora. the 15 thousand palestenian hostages being tortured on the daily. the hospitals, mosques, and olive trees that have stood for generations being struck and destroyed by isr*el.
