My pastimes include pretending to fit in, avoiding social interactions, hiding in my room with tea and my laptop, and trying to impact this world with the only way I know how: words. And music :)

Watch people. Watch how they smile. Watch for eyebrow raising, foot taps, and side laughs. Look for gleaming eyes and mouthed words and nervous fidgets. See if you can find the swallowed tears, the deliberate lies and the difficult truths.

Watch people. Only then will you begin to understand that we might all be people, but our humanity is just the beginning of who we are.
