I rushed inside the hospital making my way to the reception desk. A worried frown was permanently etched onto my face. Brows pulled together and eyes holding multiple emotions. Fear, concern, anger. These emotions have not left my side ever since chachee received my call on Miraal's phone. I was calling back to check if everything was okay when I saw her missed call.

All I heard was Miraal was found unconscious and taken to the hospital. 10 minutes later I had already made my way to the reception desk of the hospital at a distance of 25 minutes from my home.

I looked up at the receptionist as she waited for me to go ahead with my query.

"Miraal Hamza Khan, where is she?" I asked desperately.

She gave me a comforting look and turned to her computer. No more than 2 minutes later she looked back at me.

"We have not admitted any person with such a name. However, we have a patient namely, Miraal Kamal Shah."

My blood boiled at the statement this receptionist just made. How dare they take away my name from hers. I glared at her as she gave me a confused look.

"She is not Miraal Kamal Shah anymore. She's my wife. Miraal Hamza Khan."

The receptionist gave me a weird look. I looked away and sighed deeply, pinching the bridge of my nose I tried to push away the anger. Now is not the time, Hamza.

"I am sorry, miss. Please excuse me and tell me which room has she been admitted in."

"Room no. 107. Straight from here and then right."

"Thank you," I nodded my head at her and walked towards the direction she just pointed at.

I spotted chachee sitting on the bench right outside the door of a room which said 107. Ibaad was leaning against the wall of the hallway, holding his forehead. I took fast paced steps towards them. Chachee looked up at me and stood up.

"Aagaye Hamza. Acha hua. Thori der pehlay hee usay hosh aya ha. Tumhara puchhay ja rai thi. Abhi wapas sogai ha, bus thori der ma drip khatam hojaye tau ussay ghar le ja saktay hain."

I let out a sigh of relief and thanked The Almighty a thousand times.

"Allah ka shukar ha, chachee. Lakin isay huwa kya tha? Aaj say pehlay tau kabhi wau iss tarhan behosh nai huyi."

"Aaj se pehlay beta wau kabhi itna stressed bhi nai huyi. Dr. Fasih keh rahay thay she fainted due to a panic attack. Meri masoom si bachhi ke dil per kya beet rahi hogi ke uska ye haal hogaya."

She let out a few heavy tears which she seemed to be holding in. I moved closer to her and wrapped my arms around her. My heart ached as I thought about Miraal in that state. My precious girl endured so much pain. If only I could protect her.

"Fikr na karain aap, chachee. Ma jald usay iss qehfiat se nikaal lun ga. Mujh par yaqeen rakha-" She cut my words midway as she held my arm and looked up at me.
