Chapter four: the lie and the confesion

Derek come over here. I think I found a good spot to put the tent, said lavender.'ok' coming said derek. He ran over. Lavender? Were are you? I'm over here! Said lavender. Derek followed her voice behind a giant rock. As he walked behind it he saw a beautiful waterfall! Surrounding the water fall were big fields of grass! This is amazing said Derek. I know its so beautiful1 said lavender. And the water is safe! Derek started laughing! I was thinking we should set up the tent over here its far enough away from the water and close enough to the rocks to start a fire.said lavender. Well it sounds perfect! Said Derek. It was about five pm when the fish was cot and the water drawn. They started making a fire pit out of rocks. Lavender would you please give me the raw fish? Said Derek. 'Sure' said lavender.passing the fish. After Derek was done cooking the fish he made some plates appear and served the fish. Mmmm thats good! Said lavender. 'Good' said Derek. After they were done they put the plates on some rock to use for breakfast then they went outside to gather some water. When they were done they went inside the cave and but up the tent. Derek went and sat on his bed. Lavender yawned and climbed into bed. Goodnight Derek said lavender. Night answered Derek. Derek avdvancely got under the covers.He couldn't fall asleep and secretary lavender couldn't either.After what felt like hours lavender got and walked over to Derek's bed. Derek saw her walk over so he sat up . Can I sleep with you? Asked lavender.I slept better last night when I was sleeping with you and I'm a little cold. Sure said derek scooting over to make room. Lavender slipped in under the covers and lay her head on Derek's chest and fell fast asleep. Derek lay his chin on her head and also fell asleep. When Derek woke up the next morning lavender was still right next to him. Lavender its time to wake up. Uhhhh. Good morning said lavender.good morning said Derek. Kiss the top of her head breathing in her lavender smelling hair. Lavender rolled over thinking about what she had to do that night. Derek sat up. What's wrong? Asked Derek. Lavender sat and looked into Derek's eyes and leaned in and kissed him! It was like fireworks exploding from the lips! But then lavender realized what she had just done she broke away. I'm sorry started lavender. Don't be, I wanted to do that for a while, said Derek. Lavender blushed. Lavender got up and walked over to the opening of the cave and stretched. Derek got and walked over and put his hand on her waist but adamantly could feel her tense up. So he let go. I was thinking there's no rush in leaving no that I can't be a knight. Why don't we stay here for a while. Said Derek. That is a

great idea, said lavender. So what do you think about going for a swim? Asked Derek. Sure that sounds like fun. So lavender made a bathing suit appear and went to change. Derek put on some swim shorts and took off his shirt. Then he heard a big SPLASH! He ran outside to find lavender doing a cannonball! Derek ran up the leage and jumped in. Derek and lavender swam for the rest of the day. When the sun started to set they got and dreid of. They walked into the cave and started making dinner. They roasted some chicken on the fire pit. When it was done lavender spread out some blankets to sit on then handed the plates to Derek. Derek served the chicken. After they were done eating they walked over to their beds and climbed in. good night Derek said lavender night said Derek. Derek waited for lavender to come over to his bed but she never did so he fell asleep. Lavender got up and creeped over to Derek's bed to see if he was asleep. So she went back to her bed and grabbed her knife and went back over to Derek and held the knife up to his throat shaking. But suddenly she dropped the knife letting fall to the ground as well as lavender shaking and crying. Derek woke with a start he sat up and looked from lavender to the knife back to lavender. Derek got up and stumbled to the wall frightened. Lavender what's going on? Asked Derek. Lavender, still crying, told him that the king of Mardon sent her to kill him! How What Why? Stubbled Derek. Lavender dried her tears and explained how the king of night, day and Mardon are triplets and that they are evil! They want you dead because of your magic. All thoughts people you saw doing magic in Mardon were kidnapped and had their memories wiped because of their magic! Derek when I was given this mission I had every intention to go through with it but then something changed! Derek I fell in love with you! That's why I couldn't kill you! Please please forgive me. I don't even know what to say except one thing I love you to.
