{THIRD PERSON POV}
After it got dark outside, Ben led the way to the Fairy Cottage, while everyone else followed. As they got closer, they quietly crept through the trees, using them as cover every few feet. Isaac and Elijah held hands as Ben quietly rushed to the gate in front of the Cottage. Ben quickly opened it as the others rushed up behind them. Ben then quickly opened the front door of the cottage as they all went inside... to find an empty cottage. Jay quickly ran upstairs to check the second floor.
Jay quickly went down the stairs, "She's not upstairs," He informed the group.
Then suddenly there was a banging noise coming from the closet causing everyone to all whirled around in shock to look at the closet. Ben looked through the window on the door before he opened it to reveal Chad sitting on the ground, scared, terrified.
Elijah and Isaac thought it was really amusing to see the bitch face prince all scared and helpless.
"Chad?" Ben asked, in shock.
"I want my mommy," Chad cried out. Ben reached down to help him but he flinched back, scared, "No!"
"It's okay," Ben whispered before slowly helping Chad stand up, "What happened, buddy?" Ben asked Chad as he hesitantly looked around the room.
"Huh," Chad said as he stood up straight, "Ben. Ben! Your face. She's gone? Huh? And the door's open. I'm free. Oh! Freedom!" Chad shouted before running out of the cottage as Harry and Bryson laughed before they all went outside.
"Oh. Alright. Let's get this Audrey chick taken care of already," Bryson said as the group all walked outside, "What do you say, Isaac? Time to wrap things up?" Bryson asked Isaac as they shared a smile and a fist bump. Mal and Uma share a smile before fist bumping each other.
"You know, someday, you're gonna have to tell me how you guys got teamed up," Ben told Uma and Mal as he wrapped an arm around Mal.
"Actually, Mal promised to let all the kids off the Isle once this is over," Evie stated, proudly.
"Mal?" Ben asked, confused as Mal came to a stop and turned to face everyone.
"I have to tell you guys something," Mal blurted out as she hesitantly looked at everyone, "Um... I lied. The kids won't be coming off the Isle." Isaac was taken back as he and Elijah looked at each other, confused and shocked.
"What do you mean?" Jay asked Mal, confused.
"The program is shut down," Mal told them, sadly, "And the barrier... will be closed for good."
"For Aurdon's safety," Ben muttered.
"So, this was all some big fucking joke?" Isaac asked Mal. Mal was about to answer but she just let out a sigh, causing Isaac to scoff.
"Wait," Bryson cuts in as he walked over to stand in front of Mal, "So, we came to save your people, only if you break the barrier but now we come to find out that this all was for some big fucking lie."
"I knew it was a mistake to trust you. You're always out for yourself," Uma told Mal, emotionless.
"And you, King Benny..." Harry said, angrily as he walked over to Ben. His face softened, "You're probably just gonna throw us all back inside." Bryson took Harry's hand as comfort.
"So, Dizzy and I won't get to see granny again," Liam said, sadly as Mal looked at him, sadly, not knowing what to say.
"You know what?" Celia said, tears threatening down her face, as she and Flynn walked over to Mal, "I actually thought you were brave."
"You're nothing but chicken. Too scared to tell us, we were never gonna see our dad again," Flynn added, tears also threatening down his face.
"Celia, Flynn, Liam," Mal said, sadly. Suddenly Liam, out of anger, grabbed the ember from Mal's hand, "Liam. Liam, No!" Mal screamed when Liam threw the ember into the water fountain, "No! No!" Mal quickly took the ember out of the fountain as Celia walked off.
"You're really nothing but a fucking chicken," Liam told Mal, still out of anger, as tears formed in his eyes while he and Flynn followed Celia. Mal looked at their fading figure before looking down at the ember.
"Regain your might and ignite! No... Regain your might and ignite!" Mal looked at Uma and Bryson, helpless.
"Bummer," Uma said, flatly as she looked down at her necklace that wasn't glowing anymore, "Let's go find Gil and leave them all to rot," Uma told Harry and Bryson.
"No!" Mal whispered as Uma, Bryson and Harry walked off, "Uh...Uma!" Mal called after them but they ignored her and walked away. Mal turned around, "Evie, Elijah, Isaac..." Mal said, sadly as Evie, Elijah and Isaac walked over to her, "I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. I just... I thought that... I was afraid to tell you. I thought I was gonna lose my best friends and brother," Mal continued, "But I had to do something. I had to protect Auradon."
"Closing the barrier was your idea?" Isaac asked.
"I did it for us," Mal told Isaac, "I did it for our life that we have over here now."
"For our life?" Elijah asked, angrily, "What about the kids that we left behind on that island?"
"The kids that we promised?" Evie continued for Mal, "We were their only hope. I thought you were gonna stand up for the Vk's but instead, you lied to them. And you lied to Jay," Evie pointed back at Jay, "And you lied to Carlos," Evie pointed back at Carlos, "And you lied to Elijah," Evie pointed at Mal, "And you lied to Isaac," Evie pointed at Isaac, "And you lied to me," Evie's voice broke as she pointed to herself, "We're your family."
"You really are selfish Mal. And, you know, Flynn and Liam were right, you're nothing but a fucking chicken," Elijah said with no sympathy for Mal. How could she fucking do this?!
"Can't even believe my own twin sister betrayed me like... like I was nothing. And Elijah is right, you really are fucking selfish, Mal," Isaac told Mal, angry, hurt and betrayed.
Mal looked at her brother, sadly. She knows. She knows what she did was wrong. She knew that her friends would be mad, hurt, betrayed by her but it ached her heart to see her brother, her lifetime best friend mad at her and hurt. Her heart aches even more when she realizes that she was cause of her brother's pain.
"Evie, Elijah, Isaac," Mal said, sadly, her eyes filled with water, as Evie, Elijah and Isaac backed away from her, towards the others, "Evie, Elijah, Isaac, come on. I had no choice!" That was the last thing that they heard before they apparently turned into stone.

Ben, Jay, Carlos, Evie, Isaac, Elijah all were no longer stone. They all looked at each other, confused.
"Come on," Ben said as they followed him.
"You okay?" Elijah asked Isaac as he put his arm around Isaac's shoulder.
