When they entered inside everyone was discussing something , but her friends who noticed them was giving her naughty smile while looking at their intertwined hands when she followed their looked and her eyes widened on realisation and she tried to remove her hands from his before anyone elder from the family noticed that but when Rahul find her tugging his hand he raised his eyebrow and asked,

What happened?and she showed sign him to look at their intertwined hands but he shrugged making her more nervous.

Please leave , she said pleading him and he leaved her hand chuckling . And get everyone's attention,

So I wanted to ask you all is it okay if we get engaged today itself, means anyhow we both want it simple way so if you guy's are okay with it can we ?
Rahul's family were waiting for shekhawat family 's decission then riya's dad said ,

We don't have problem beta if you both are okay with it . You guys are going to be with eachother your opinion Matters.And then they consult the astrologer and he said it's ok if they get engaged today,only before evening and everyone sighed.  And for marriage it was after 1 and half month later as it was riya's last year and her exam was also near .
And then they started preparing for their little engagement ceremony with joy .

came a voice from front door and everyone looked that way to see two boys around Rahul and sahil's age  standing there.

No ! you didn't said Rahul getting up from his seat and went to his friends and introduced them to everyone. When Karan being the naughty cat said ,

Wohhh bro bhabhi is so beautiful your lucky ha but what say poor bhabhi is unfortunate to have a life partner like you who will work day and night if he didn't get called from his mom to get scold ,he said dramatically and everyone laughed at him. making Rahul to gave him glare.

After everything was set they told the couple to sit beside eachother and both Rahul and riya's friends were capturing them. Then they were told to exchange their rings,Rahul forwarded his hand for her and when  she did again they get that tingling sensation in their body. Then  they slipped the rings in eachothers ring fingers and then Rahul kissed her ring finger making her blush , whereas both of their friends and families hooted for them. And here they got engaged already to eachother, after congratulating and eating sweets they went to have lunch.

After that elders were having chat  inside the home and youngsters were in the backyard garden having fun when riya's friends also introduced theirselves.

Well jeejs you better take care of our Riya ha , or you will face my wrath. Said Mansi making him chuckle at her.

Exactly our Riya is very innocent she is like butterfly who can get mixup in every colour flowers, but don't know if  it is good for her or not . She is very carefree and like to live her life fullest, said sakshi.

Obviously I will take care of her , she is the best thing that ever happened in my life . He said looking at Riya who looked away when he looked at her blushing and everyone was admiring them , they just want them to be like that their whole life . Then they had little talks and then a servant came and informed them that elders have called them inside as it was time for kundra's to leave everyone started to leave but Rahul stops Riya by holding her wrist.and said ,

can I have a moment with Riya everyone get the message and leave them alone giving them teasing look making Riya to blush . Then suddenly Rahul pulled her towards him and hugged her on a sudden contact she get stiff but then hugged him back smiling and put her head on his chest and they stand like that for minutes both were just lost in eachothers embrace Rahul just wanted to hold her like that forever, then Rahul took her chin his hand and make her look at him and kissed her forehead and her eyes got closed on their own accord. And she smiled at him, i am not letting you go anywhere after our marriage he said, making her shy away , he just like to see that colour on her face.you know you're looking so beautiful and hot at time in this saree that only i know how I have controlled myself he said and she run from there getting beetroot Red , before getting inside she tapped her cheeks to get rid of that colour from her cheeks when she heard a voice from right behind her making her startled,

It won't fade away easily sweetheart, and kissed her ear and left inside . Making her shocked. When she went inside after composing herself she saw that they were already set to leave so they bid bye to eachother but she couldn't make herself to look at him , and they leaved.

After they leave Riya and her two monkeys went to her room and there they started to tease her about the garden thing and she glared at them and started hitting them with pillows and then their pillow fight started after getting enough with it Riya get changed, while changing she remembered the word he said and blushed .then they had some talks about their upcoming exam which is 2 weeks away from now .

After they reached home they all went rest for sometime till evening and Rahul went to his study and  was checking his mail's his eyes got stucked on the ring in his finger and he just couldn't believe they're really engaged now and couldn't comprehend his happiness, her flushed face came to his mind and a smile made its way on his lips , now he want this 1 and half month to get over quickly. And then started work.and when it was for having dinner his mom called him he went to his room and got freshup and had dinner with his family and were satting in the living room having some discussion about when and what to do. Then he heard his sister telling his mom something about her phone number and then it clicked to him,

You duffer, you didn't even changed number with her and were thinking that day why she didn't call you to inform about if she reached her home or not , he thought in his mind .he so wanted to ask his sister her number but he know she will tease him to death so he didn't asked her . And after sometime they all retired to their respective rooms, but Rahul couldn't sleep after knowing that he can atleast talk with her now if gets her number,after pondering on the thoughts he made his way to his sisters room and knocked and he saw his sister standing there half sleepy ,

What happened Bhai , why are you disturbing my beauty sleep  we will talk in the morning she said  and was about to closed the door ,but he stopped her said ,

It's woh i want Riya's number, give me her number,after hearing him sanvi was wise awake and gave him teasing look and said ,

But i don't have her number Bhai who told you I have her number, she said and he glared at her and said ,

Don't be smart and give me her number politely Sanu .

What will I get in return? she asked him.

Okay don't give he said well two can play the game the thought and she looked at him confused why he gave up so easily then he said further i will cut off your next month's pocket money. He said and she whined at him and said ,

Bhai it's not fair ,here you're standing infront of my room braking my sweet sleep and also blackmailing me hump she said and get her mobile and send him Riyas number and closed the door with thud Rahul laughed at her antics and went to his room. And was typing and again backspacing everything he had typed and when he  did that many time then finally he sent her simple message.   

Hushhh!!!!! that was very long chapter for me .

So here we are done with our sixteenth chapter.
