They were surprised when they found Y/N on their front porch when she was only five.
They were reluctant to take in the child who had randomly appeared before them, until Y/N has shown them her unusual ability.
They had brought her into the living room, where they asked her about her original home only to find out about the tragedy of her parents.
Hunters from a corporation who killed people with strange powers and abilities, psychics.
Y/N had watched her universe crumble, along with her parents.
The hunters had destroyed her home.
Fortunately, Y/N had the ability to split the universe and travel between dimensions, and was able to get away.
When her parents didn't believe her, Y/N formed a finger gun and shot it, where in the air, portal in the shape of a large gash appeared right in the living room.
Through the portal was a field, elsewhere.
After the shocking revelation, her new parents took her in, believing her.
Since then, they had tried their best, and succeeded at making Y/N feel truly at home.
Y/N had never expected to be accepted, but she eventually warned up to her new family, and even made a promise not to use her powers unless she was in danger.
