𝓜- y heart thrashed wildly in my chest as my hands tapped against the steering wheel. My eyes drifted towards my opponent, he wore a full head helmet so I couldn't see his face but I could tell he was nervous, I could see his hands gripping the steering wheel so tightly that his arms were shaking.
I looked back ahead and my eyes followed the path that I would go, I didn't always have to take the track that the directors had set out and usually I didn't, I just had to pass the finish line, it didn't matter how I got there, but tonight I was tired and I just wanted to take it easy. I was going to win anyways, I had been undefeated for two years and I was only 19 which made me very popular in the racing community.
