This account is old and many of the stories stowed away in drafts are from middle school and high school. I want to put all of that behind me. I want to become a real writer, to craft my passion into something people adore with a cult-sensation.

One of my EMF professors told me that writing is like every other skill or passion or hobby, if you want to get better then you practice; you don't become an football star by just waking up and showing up to games, you don't master the violin on the first try, and you can't expect to perfect something without doing it on the daily. He said that if I really wanted to write as a career and I loved writing, then I would do it every day.

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be an author. So now, here I am, a sophomore in college, making a promise to myself and whoever is reading this, that I WILL write every day and contribute a little somethin' somethin' to this account on occasion.
