A few weeks later...

I was at work sitting with a client discussing with them the money figures they would need to move forward on a house property purchase and making sure everything goes smoothly for them.
"So you're saying that if I going by the projected/ estimated figures you have presented here on the paper would ensure me in transitioning through this process of buying this place." The women says.

I nodded, then explained to her the breakdown of  the money figures including what to expect in the deal.
"Yes I understand perfectly, thank you for clarifying and answering my questions on this.

"It's absolutely no problem ma'm I look out for all my clients and update them what is needed etc." I said graciously.

The woman gets up and extends her out "Alright then take care." I shook her hand back then she left my office.

Looking at the time which read 12:45 PM Malaysia was locking her office door to go on a lunch break when she was surprised by her one of her colleagues and asks "Hey Austin what's up" she asks looking at him.

"Well the boss green sent me here to tell you that in about an hour after your lunch break he has announcement to make to everyone." He says.

"Okay I'll be back in time for that no problem." I said sincerely.

"Okay." Austin says then nods his head before leaving and walking away.

Malaysia walks to the elevator stepping inside, pushing a button and waited patiently to reach the lobby.

Once she reached the ground floor and began walking to the front doors, looking at her phone clearly distracted. She runs into a tall somewhat muscular chest knocking her phone out of her grip, falling on to the floor.

"Hey you good beautiful?" A man says.

Nearly recognizing the voice, she looks up and it's boyfriend Sebastian who's smiling down at her.

"Oh hey babe, what are you doing here?" She asks with a small smile on her face.

Sebastian kneels down to help her up before he reaches down to pick up her phone and giving it to her. "Well I was at home relaxing and I thought about you and decided to surprise you for a little lunch date today so here I am." He says sincerely wrapping an arm around her waist.

"Aww you so sweet baby thank you." Malaysia says before giving him peck on the lips.

"Your welcome and what time you have to be back at work though?" Sebastian asks.

"Well within an hour, cause my boss has a big announcement to everyone." She says.

"Okay really, fair enough. Let's go." Sebastian says taking her hand in his, then walking out the building together and led her to his car.

"So what do you think about this new japanese spot babe?" He says with a smirk.

"Oh my gosh it's amazing especially this teriyaki chicken stir fry." Malaysia grinned in delight of the tasty food.

"Yeah, I found out about this place a few weeks ago from Mark and he recommended this place cause the food seasoned well." Sebastian says.

"Yeah no doubt that but speaking of your family, so how's your parents along with Mia and your brother?" She asks.

"They all good as usual." Seb says.
