'She's fucking kidding.', 2D thought to himself before getting ready.

"Mum, I'm going to Noodle's.", 2D said while going downstairs.

"Of course! Giver her a 'hi' from me! Be careful, love ya!", his mother yelled from the kitchen. Without exchanging another word, 2D left the house. He cursed under his breath the entire way to Noodle's home.
He took a deep breath before knocking on the door. He waited for few seconds, just for Noodle to open the door and pull him inside.

"2D! You look...", Noodle looked at 2D's outfit. He didn't feel like dressing nice at ALL, so he just threw something on. He wore an old dark grey hoodie and some blue jeans.
"Uh...Ace and Russ are in the living room."
They walked into the living room together and 2D was greeted by them.

"Hey! It's 2D, right?", Ace smiled brightly.
2D looked at him with a pissed expression and scoffed. Ace looked at Russel, who shrugged.
2D sat next to Russel and crossed his arms.

"So 2D, mind telling Ace a bit about yourself?", Noodle smiled at them.

"Name's Stuart, 16, play the keyboard and sing.", 2D said while staring at the floor.

"Okay, nice to meet you!", Ace held out a hand, but 2D ignored it.
Ace awkwardly smiled and put it back on the couch.
2D was uncomfortable with Ace around. He didn't like the fact that he was a part of the band now, especially taking over Murdoc's place. He was really mad at the others.

"Well, my name is Ace Copular, I'm 18 years old and play the bass. I'm really looking forward to making music with you guys!", Noodle and Russel smiled at him.

"Hey 2D-

"It's Stuart for you.", 2D cut Ace off.

"Ah.. Sorry..", Ace rubbed the back of his head.
"Uhh I saw you preform on TV, your singing is great!"

"I know."
Russel and Noodle looked at each other.

"If you like it or not 2D, Ace's in the band now. So stop acting like a little kid and be nice.", Noodle said to 2D.
He sighed and leaned his back against Russel's shoulder.

"So, we thought about making a few new songs. It's been a while since we've made music!", Noodle explained.

"Okay! Where are we going to practice?", Ace asked.

"Well, we can't go back to the studio, so we have to look for a place to play.", Russel pointed out.

"What about my place? I've got a garage, so we could play there!", Ace said.

"That would be amazing! We'll just have to get our instruments there, is that fine?", Noodle asked.

"Yeah, sure!", Ace gave her a smile.
