It was that time of year again. The beginning of the 6th year. Gathering things for the new and improved school year at Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft.
"Florence, darling, we are going to miss the train!" Remus Lupin shouted as he hurriedly grabbed his car keys.
"I'm coming!" Florence loudly replied. She struggles to grab her two very heavy trunks full of clothes, shoes, and different "unnecessary" accessories, as Remus would say, down the stairs.
Florence was excited to go back to school this year. Happy with her new class schedule, gracious to see her longtime best friend, Meredith Shuttins, and most of all, to beat Mr. Harry Potter in all of the quidditch games. Florence and Harry were the typical epitomai of Slytherin v.s. Gryffindor. Always fighting over who's better in what. The whole school knew about their petty competitions towards each other, and rightfully so, were tired of it. But they know this rivalry will continue until graduation.
"Flo, all those bags?" Remus observed in disbelief as she wobbled down the steps with her trunks.
"Dad, chill. I need these!" Florence responded in defense.
"Okay, let's just leave now. We only have little time left before the train leaves." Remus said while swinging his arm, pointing it towards the front door.

"FLORENCE!" someone shouted loudly into Florence's ear.
Florence jumped up from her sleep, resulting in a headache from bumping her head against the train window she rested her head onto.
"Merlin Meredith, you scared me!" Florence quietly yelled at her best friend.
"I'm sorry babe, but there's no time to sleep," Meredith whispered with a smug look on their face.
Florence scrunched her eyebrows and stared at Meredith in confusion.
"What is she up to?" Florence thought to herself.
Meredith then pointed behind them. Florence then looked towards where Meredith's hand was directed. Florence then saw the one and only group, the Golden Trio. Not caring about the other two, she immediately locked eyes with Harry. He stared at her with a straight but dirty look on his face while Florence sent him the same look. Finally, they passed by her booth.
"Ugh, you just ruined my ride to Hogwarts," Florence huffed as she slouched into the chair.
"Sorry but I just wanted you to look at who you're up against this year." Meredith said with a smirk rising onto their face.
"Whatever, Merey," Florence rolled her eyes and turned her direction to the window.

It's been 2 months into the new school year at Hogwarts. Everyone is settled into their dormrooms and classes have been arranged and in session.
Florence and Meredith were walking to potions class in a bit of a hurry. Florence woke up a little late because she was studying for a DADA quiz the next morning. After speedwalking to class, they finally arrive.
"Ms. Lupin, Ms. Shuttins, late again I see," Professor Snape says while giving them a nonchalant but disappointed stare.
"Sorry sir, it won't happen again," Meredith states as she and Florence take their seats.
"Open your books and turn to page 459," Snape announces.
About 30 minutes goes by. Quiet chatters roam around the classroom. Snape sees that almost none of his students are actually paying attention so he pulls out a random question regarding the chapter they're learning at the moment.
"Who wrote the book 'Magical Draughts and Potions?'" Snape loudly announced.
Everyones heads shot up and went towards the professor's direction. Students looking around the room, not knowing the answer because of their attention being drawn somewhere else. The only people who's hands were raised up were Florence and Harry. Since they sit beside each other, one's hand would try to be higher than the other while the other's hand was violently shaking towards the teacher.
"Anyone?" Snape questioned while raising his right eyebrow.
"Pick me professor!" "No, pick me!"
Harry then whispered something.
Snape sighs as he points to Florence to have her answer his question.
"The answer is Arsenius Jigger, sir," Florence answered with reassurance.
She then glared at Harry with an "aha" look on her face.
Harry grew an annoyance to this and shouted "HEY THAT'S NOT FAIR! SHE HEARD ME SAY THE ANSWER!"
"Oh shut it Harry, just say that I'm better and smarter than you and move on," Florence rolled her eyes.
"You literally heard me say the answer, you git" Harry muttered under his breath but loudly for Florence to hear.
"The hell did you say, Potter?!" Florence shouted as she shot up from her chair and slammed her hands onto the table.
"You heard what the hell I said, Lupin!" Harry shouted back.
"Harry and Florence, enough!" Snape yelled.
"Harry shut the fuck up because I'll really hurt you," Florence threatened.
"You wouldn't do shit-"
"Oh yeah?!" Florence then picks up her potions textbook and chucks in Harry's direction. Luckily he ducks and dodges the book, leading to it hitting another student in the face.
"OW!" went a Hufflepuff student named Mary Dubois.
"ENOUGH! Florence and Harry, go to Professor McGonagall office now!" Snape ordered.
With a stunned look on both Harry and Florence's face, they left the class room and walked to Professor McGonagall's office.
