‚Contact with the new temple'
My gaze slipped out of the window of the spaceship which was about to land. It was a few years ago when Luke Skywalker found the Jedi Master Sara and invited her to come to the new temple with her students.
For hundreds of years the Jedi Order lived hidden on Napoku, until Luke Skywalker was able to convince them to rebuild and thus create a connection between the two temples. Sara agreed and so once again there were some Jedi who were distributed throughout the galaxy, including her husband Yone, who accompanied us and my brother Yasuo, Yas for short, who looked eagerly to the small temple which was rising in front of us and a person with a dark Cape stood in front of this, who was probably waiting for us. There was great excitement among us padawans, we have never met any Jedi other than on Napoku, but I sighed. "Nervous?" My head bowed to the voice that came next to me. My brother looked at me with a smile, his blue eyes literally shining. "No." Yas narrowed his eyes a little before the spaceship landed. Yone came running from the cockpit to us students.
"Well, my young students. We will stay here for two weeks. I ask for your best behavior, it will be rich in information and please don't forget, we are Jedi from Napoku. We have a reputation that is not pleasant, so I ask you all to destroy this reputation together." While he was muttering this through his rather deep voice, I pulled up the hood of my cloak and pulled it a little over my face. Yone opened the hatch of the spaceship and went ahead as we ran after him, all in turn. With a smile he went to the man who was standing in front, they both shook hands. "Master Skywalker, I am pleased to see you." "The pleasure is all mine. Welcome". He nodded to all of us and then looked at Yone. "Please follow me, I'll show you the temple." Both turned to the temple and ran ahead while we followed behind. There were huts in front of the temple, they were probably the huts in which the students slept and nature had an invigorating effect while the sun was shining down. However, my eyes slid up to the temple, it was a small temple, not as old as ours on Napoku. The gates opened with a wave of the hand from Master Skywalker before we stepped inside. The stone walls were rather dark and the sunlight shone through the windows, wide arches led to large corridors.Master Skywalker and Yone stood in the middle. "Welcome one more time. I will now show you the temple and then we will go to the right." Yas nudged me from the side, my head rised to him. Everyone had taken off their hoods and nodded, only I still had them on. "Take it off." "Maybe later." I grinned a little to myself whereas his eyes glared at me angrily before we were led into the right passage. The passage was filled with drawings, they showed the battles and probably the war of the galactic empire of that time. While I was looking at this drawing I stopped, I stopped in front of a drawing of a dark figure, he was dressed in black crown and had a mask on, in his hand he was holding a red lightsaber. I heard people walking on and a door opening when I took a step towards the mural. I ran one hand over the painting and my eyes widened. It was like the past was passing me by. I heard voices far away, they were shouting things that I couldn't understand. I felt heat and yet also cold from something and then some words echoed softly in my head. '... the Jedi are evil!' I heard more clearly as I withdrew my hand and narrowed my eyes. I shook my head a little, my eyes fixed on the painting and confusion broke out in me, the Jedi are the evil? My head tilted to the others before I went back with quick steps to those who were standing together at the end of the corridor. The group seemed bigger when I came to stand next to my brother because Master Skywalker's students were now standing behind him. Both masters had come to a standstill in the middle and told something. "Where have you been?" Yasuo hissed at me as I shook my head. "I had a look into the past." "What ?!" Yas looked at me startled and whispered more confused. "Are you sure?" "Yes, I felt flames, lava, cold... and there was an argument, I don't know how" "Ashe! My love, come to me." I stopped and looked at my Master, who smiled at me. Next to him was Luke Skywalker and a boy with curly black hair and dark eyes. "I'll tell you right away," I whispered quickly as my steps carried me into the middle. I carefully pulled my hood down, revealing my white hair as I looked at him. I slowly bowed to the two of them as Yone stood behind me and grabbed my shoulder. "May I introduce to you to my daughter and best student, Ashe." "Pleased to meet you. Then let's see how a little fight against the two might end. Master Skywalker spoke up and I smiled a little while Ben just nodded. "Of course." I smiled and took off my cloak and gave it to Yone. Both masters turned away and went to the students when the boy named Ben and I were facing each other. "Are there any rules?" I asked quickly as my eyes glanced at Yone. "No." He said this sharply as Ben got ready and drew his lightsaber, it was blue when he let it go. I nodded in response and pulled a laser blade out of my pants, turning it a little in my hand before it whirred out. "Oh what's that ?!" "Purple? I've never seen a purple lightsaber!" said the Skywalker students at once and Ben looked at me closely. "Begin."
I carefully took one step next to the next as we began to turn in circles. "Go Solo! Get them ready!" "Ashe, show him!" The words of the other students echoed down on us as I moved towards him and stretched out. My laser blade shot down, which he parried. Then a fight of parrying and dodging began, where I was pushed back. But shortly before I almost got out of the circle and was thrown into the crowd, I turned, slid across the floor, and knocked one foot away from him. Ben caught himself before I came to stand behind him, but when he got up, he pulled back again. With a jump I was further back and again I looked at my master who was smiling and discussing the techniques with Skywalker. Ben came up to me with heavy steps when I held out my hand and he stopped. He started to shake and instantly there was silence, I gasped a bit and lifted him off the floor with the Force before letting him hurl back. He slammed on the floor and then crouched on all fours, his eyes wide when he looked at me but to my surprise he got up and raced towards me, his lightsaber drawn and dashed down at me. I tried again to evade but while parrying he managed to disarm me, he held the laser blade in front of my face as mine slid across the floor. "Lost." He said in a dark voice, but I smiled. "No." Immediately I dodged and turned so that I was standing behind him. From my leg pocket I took a laser blade handle, my other hand reached out and the laser blade slipped back into my other hand. I held both blades crosswise in front of his face as both extended. They both lit up purple and I grinned a little. My foot pressed the back of his knees, he slipped to his knees and then you could hear a clap, which grew louder and louder. "That's amazing!" Some shouted in confusion as a babble of voices broke out. I retracted my blades, stood in front of him, and held out my hand. At first his look was contemplative, but then he smiled a little and took my hand. "Two lightsabers?" "Only against strong opponents. You're the first where I've had to use two." I smiled wider. "Well fought Ben."
In the evening all students sat together in a kind of small canteen. Only I had snuck away and stood again in front of the wall paintings in the corridor. "It's lunch time young Padawan." I heard an older soft voice sound as I turned to the person and recognized Master Skywalker. "Master Skywalker ..." "There are many thoughts in your gaze, what is it that you are thinking about?" "Master Skywalker, whenever I touch these paintings, it is as if the Force is showing me the past. I see fire, lava, flames. An argument." "You hear the past telling you something?" His gaze became more serious as he looked up there and then at me. "What do you see exactly?" "An argument and his feelings. One was angry and sad, but the other always seemed hurt, more likely lied to. Lied to and staying on his side." Master Skywalker frowned and looked at me thoughtfully. "The power is strong in you. But what is it, why you can see this? Now come on, the food is waiting." Master Skywalker walked as slowly and gently as he came, only when I turned around did I notice someone standing in the aisle, which Master Skywalker nodded to. "Ben?" His eyes looked at me before he nodded and I let my steps move towards him. "Have you already eaten?" "No." "Then come on, let's go together." I felt his contemplative gaze rest on me, but something else was growing inside me. What is it that the Force wants to tell me? Are we the bad guys?
